I've lived in many suburban homes and they really are all the same. Maybe not physically but nothing that sets them apart from any other pile of drywall and fiberglass insulation. Every thime I've visited an old home in the countryside or half-century-old city block I see how much more human those places are. Places that have stories, that *can* have stories.
